The Clinton Foundation's Response
Nowhere in this Response does the Foundation differentiate between completion of the bridge and completion of the Library and Choctaw Station Renovation.
Nowhere in this Response does the Foundation suggest that the bridge renovation cost is capped at $4 million as has been hinted lately. Indeed, the $4 million is an estimate, and repeatedly in the Response, the Foundation promises this renovation will be "built and paid for" by the Foundation.
